Hakeem Anwar

Hakeem Anwar, a technologist, activist, educator, and entrepreneur, currently leads a number of projects focused on the intersection of technology and personal freedom. He exited a corporate career to work on meaningful social movements. He is the creator of #TakeBackOurTech, an educational initiative that releases free content on how individuals can increase their privacy and security by using pro-privacy and pro-sovereignty technologies. He’s also the founder of Above Agency, which creates cutting-edge privacy-based devices.
